Spears Once Again Breakin’ The Law

Britney Accident BRITNEY SPEARS can’t seem to get in the headlines for any reason other than her own stupidity lately. Friday she was charged with involvement in a hit-and-run accident and driving without a license following a scrape at a parking lot in Los Angeles. No one was hurt in the incident, however it seems it was caught on film by a photographer who had been following her.

Already ordered this week to undergo random drug and alcohol testing as part of a battle for custody over her children with ex-hubby KEVIN FEDERLINE, she will be arraigned on October 10th. SPEARS does not have to be present, since the charges are misdemenour.

AUNTIE MAUDE says: Britney, honey, you just can’t win for losing this week! Maybe it’s time to evaluate things a tad, hon, because you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep getting what you’ve got!
