Kiefer Sutherland DUI

Kiefer SutherlandEmmy-Award winning actor KIEFER SUTHERLAND, 40, exposes his own stupidity at 1 a.m. Tuesday in West Los Angeles when he was arrested after failing a field sobritety test, according to LAPD officials. He caught officer’s eye after making an illegal U-turn. Booked on misdemeanor DUI, he was released shortly after 4 a.m. on $25,000 bail.

This isn’t the first time Kiefer has been in trouble with the law over his drinking, and he has had some rather infamous episodes.  What’s it going to take, we wonder!

    I think the real story here is whether or not he was driving a Ford SUV at the time of his arrest.
