Britney Restraining Order Still In Place
March 18, 2008
According to the BBC, Sam Lutfi, the pop princess’ former manager, has agreed to stay away from BRITNEY SPEARS for another month. “A judge is expected to extend an existing restraining order on Monday. It is thought the move could delay a hearing which may make the current temporary restraining order against Mr Lutfi permanent. In February a Los Angeles judge ordered Mr Lutfi not go within 250 yards of Ms Spears.”
Lynne Spears has alleged Sam Lutfi had drugged Britney, cut her home phone and taken over Britney’s finances.
But according to the Daily Blabber:
Sam texted Access Hollywood to say this about Lynne:
“Her mother is not someone who cares about her daughter, she’s only concerned with herself. Sad but true. She was too busy getting a manicure to come over yesterday, despite her daughters [sic] pleas. Sad, very sad.”
…
He told Ryan Seacrest that he felt it was his “moral obligation” to protect Britney and that he would do the same for any of his sisters. He also said that Britney’s parents areĀ ”incapable of telling the truth and incapable of sympathizing,” and are more concerned about money and their image than they are about helping Britney.
